  • GREAT customer service
We chose this ladder as it was one of the few that could be setup tall enough for our deck. It arrived quickly and appears to be quality. We found one of the aluminum hand rails had a large dent in it. We contacted the seller via email, they asked for the us to verify our shipping address. They sent us 2 new rails immediately. Whole process was painless and very quick. Maybe 3 days from contacting them til we rec’d the parts. ... show more

  • Pool Ladder
Great pool ladder. Easy to install and very nice design on steps. I would recommend this pool ladder to anyone looking to replace an old ladder. P

  • Does the job
This ladder was simple to install. It doesn’t wobble or move. The packaging is poor hence the small dents in the aluminum poles. The steps are solid, it’s reasonably priced. I could see this ladder not holding up to rough use but since my kids are out of the house it’ll work.

  • Ladder floats
Ladder is fine, but it doesn’t sit on the bottom of the pool because it floats. We ended up attaching two weights full of sand to the sides to hold it down. With the added weight, it works perfectly.

  • Floats, not sturdy, broke while installing
Terrible design. It’s a large plastic life raft that floats disguised as a ladder. I weighed it down with two sand bags and it was never solid. The sand bags just get in the way and don’t really hold it down. It also needs to sit straight up and down which isn’t a good design especially if the bottom edge of your pool has some raised edge. You have to place the ladder too far away from the edge for a flat surface. Finally, the plastic piece where the pole is attached cracked and broke right off. It’s garbage. Some reviews are positive which is great. Just not my experience. ... show more

  • Pretty good ladder
Just received and installed my pool ladder. So far, it seems pretty good. If you follow the instructions, you do have to use a hole saw to put holes in your deck to properly secure it. If you're not ready to do that, then this may not be the ladder for you. The holes are only 1 1/2 inch and once secure and in place, the ladder seems pretty solid. I didn't use sand weights or anything and the ladder felt pretty secure while I stepped down on them. Overall, I think it's a pretty good ladder and taking it off for the season to cover my pool should be easy. ... show more
