  • Magnetic nail holder
Color: Red Size: Single
This has been very helpful for projects.

  • Husband loves this for keeping small items handy
Color: Black Size: Black
Headline says it all. I saw this in an article somewhere and asked my husband if this was dumb or a good idea, he got excited and asked me to order it. Once it arrived I still had my doubts he'd actually like it, but he likes it when working on projects and has also told others about it. He said it's handy to hold small things while he's assembling or disassembling things and keeping the small nuts/bolts/screws/whatever right there without having to worry about dropping them. ... show more

  • Item seems good; seller maybe not quite so
Color: Red Size: Single
I just received this and I like it better than another one I have because this one appeared to have flat surfaced magnets offering a larger area for holding parts. The other one I have uses magnetic rods which I don't feel is as good for my preference. This one feels like it has slightly stronger holding power than the one with rod which should mean less dropping of items if they're a bit too heavy for the other one. I think I'll be happy with this product but will need to withhold full judgment until I've used it for some time. I think I'd like it more and would've given it 5 stars if there was a 3rd magnet the same size as they are now to provide a larger holding area for parts. I like the fact the wristband is red instead of black like my other one for easier visual locating in my van or on the worksite. I'd thought I had lost my first one on a jobsite but found it still on my tool pouch strap I carry, it had slid to the end of the shoulder strap and blended in as they are both black in color. One reason I ordered this was based on the fact it was VERY CLEARLY stated a savings of $9.19 (a savings of 46%) with FREE shipping. However, the seller did me charge shipping. When I contacted Amazon, they agreed and contacted the seller on my behalf. The seller promptly relied to me stating that Amazon was the one charging the shipping because my order was going to a PO Box. I'd had many item sent to my PO Box and never been charged extra for that. When I contacted Amazon a 2nd time with the sellers reply to me, they pointed out this item was being sold and shipped by a 3rd party and the seller was totally responsible for the shipping of said item. Amazon then contacted the seller again and the seller did refund the shipping very promptly. In summary, the product seems to be what I was looking for and I expect to be quite satisfied with it in use. The seller annoyed me with their attempted charging and deflection of their responsibility for the shipping. However, I am very happy how promptly the seller communicated and refunded the shipping charge. I just noticed this is now being offered by Amazon with free shipping if part of a $35 qualifying order so maybe the seller I bought from is not involved any longer. My original order more than qualified for free shipping in any case, tho. ... show more

  • Very useful
Color: Red Size: Single
I've given this magnet wristband a try for a few tasks around the house and here are my first impressions The band is made of some very nice industrial grade nylon webbing. The edges are finished off and are very nice looking. The inside is padded and has some nice ventilation. I have very small wrists (6" circumference) and I can get this to fit very snuggly. The band looks like it can get pretty big too. Pros: very comfortable, looks good, holds things with a good magnetic pull, broad range of sizes that can fit very small wrist sizes up to quite large (I don't think it will be a problem for bigger arms) Cons: not very many magnetic fields (only 2 pockets with magnets in them) I stuck some more magnets inside a pouch inside my work bag for more magnetic storage. I've only worn it for about 30 minutes. It can get a little warm and sweaty if you're working hard. ... show more

  • Magnets are only so-so
Color: Red Size: Single
The “super strong” magnets aren’t really all that strong. They’ll hold a few screws, but it’s fairly easy to knock them off if the screws aren’t directly laid lengthwise on the magnets. It does what it says, but not as well as you’d hope.

  • Such a helpful tool!
Color: Black Size: Black
I’ve had one of these for years now and it has really proven its worth as I fix up my new home, (particularly holding onto screws as I remove and change outlet and light switch plates for painting). I recently got one for my father in law and the next time I saw him he described it as “the cat’s @ss” (which I can only assume was a glowing endorsement judging by the grin on his face as he said it). ... show more

  • Nuts, Bolts, and Screws at your fingers
Color: Red Size: Single
I got this to use at work primly as I would in the maintenance field in a highrise building. I find when you are up on the top of a ladder it is nice to have all the nuts, bolts and screws on hand when needed with no fear of dropping them while you are moving around. This armband has been great when installing or working on lighting fixtures and blinds in apartments. It is comfortable and the pad on the side with the magnet is large enough to hold a fair assortment of Bolts.screws, etc. The b and is solid construction and the seems are well done as I have not seen any fraying edges even with the hell is has been put through. I will be buying another one soon enough as my coworker keeps stealing it to use it, when is the start it didn't think it was that interesting or useful but has very quickly come around. Pros - Adjustable sizing, so works on any sized wrist just about - 2 pads on the side have magnets so you have enough space for a fair number of items - Magnets are pretty strong so you don't have to worry about items falling off of it with most any normal to heavy movement - Soft enough to not cause irritation to your arm with extended use - Velcro holds nice and tight so you have not worries of slipping or spinning - Seems on it seem pretty sturdy so it should last a fairly long time Cons - For my needs have not found any other then trying to get it back from my coworker ... show more
