  • Awesome gel!
I love this gel. It’s not greasy! It’s silky and smooth and cooling. Makes my tat look and feel great!! Love this stuff! It helped heal it way better than aquaphor. Great stuff!

  • Better than I expected
I’m very picky about the products I use on my tattoos because I have supremely sensitive skin and I’m a bleeder which can lead to infections. I got the soothing gel and the balm and they are pretty dang good. The soothing gel felt so good and cool the first 3 days it helped with the inflammation and discomfort I was having fresh out the shop. When I switched to the balm on day 4 I was pleasantly surprised. I’m not a fan of most balms but it wasn’t greasy and actually worked better than I was expecting. I love this balm it’s gentle enough on my skin and tattoos but also super moisturizing for the little amount I use. A little really does go a long way. The tiny container for the balm is probably my only complaint I wish it came in a bigger tin. ... show more

  • The absolute best aftercare tattoo care out there!
I've got hundreds of hours of tattoos. Arms sleeved, redone years later, legs, etc and I've used so many different aftercare products from Aquafor to emu oil, dry skin care lotion, tattoo goo, foaming tattoo soaps, to just dial and a few other things over the years. This is hands down the best thing I've ever used. It squirts out in a measured small amount that's perfect for coating smaller to medium sized tattoos. You can always get more by squeezing again. It has pleasant smell. Its a tad sticky but easily washes off fingers with just warm water. And doesn't stay sticky on the skin for long. It soaks in well. And most importantly it lasts a long time on the skin. You can get by with 3 applications a day. I'd recommend to use Dial Complete Clean + Gentle Antibacterial foaming hand wash in the shower once a day to get your tattoo clean and then applying this straight after the shower. Then a couple more times that day. Your tattoo will look perfect in 3-4 weeks. I also highly recommend second skin/saniderm for the first 4-6 days. I've done this routine with my last 3 tattoos and they look perfect a month later. This stuff really is amazing! Great price for how long it lasts too. One tube got me through 3 medium size tattoos. ... show more

  • This stuff is legit
I used aquaphor for a 1" tattoo a year ago and it took 6 weeks to heal. With mad rabbit a 5"x4" tattoo healed in 3 weeks. It kept the tattoo nice and moist and the skin peeled off quickly. This stuff is overly sticky and it's the only downfall but it's worth it in the end. Try this you regret it!

  • This was really surprising (and not the way you think)
I’m an “old school” tattoo person I guess because I’m old and I remember a world before tattoo products existed and we used A&D ointment, if we were lucky :) so I was very hesitant to buy new tattoo products that promise the world. There was one or two audible grumbles when I finally bought this but SURPRISE, I’m glad I did. I have very pale and sensitive skin and recently my tattoos have been getting a little crispy. More than normal. I’d been using natural skin oil (coconut, etc) and eucerin and found they werent really encouraging healing. I got my calf done and nothing really helped sooth it and it was especially problematic in the morning when I got out of bed and it was dry, it didn’t feel great. No longer wanting to suffer in silence I tried this ointment and I was completely shocked at how good it is. It soothe my tattoos, keeps the colors nice and seems to encourage healing. I don’t know if their 14 day guarantee is exactly accurate but I found my tattoos were less problematic and seemed to heal better and faster when using this ointment. I’m a convert for sure. I used this for my last three tattoos over about two months and it worked great from right after session to healed. A couple downsides that lost a star from me: 1. This feels sticky in my hand. I have to wash it off my hands after applying which can be inconvenient. 2. Seems like the bottle doesn’t have that much and I burn through it pretty fast. I’d say it has 4-5 tattoos worth in it. 3. There is something with the design of the bottle, the pigment doesn’t come out easy. When I squeeze it, it builds up pressure and it shoots out fast. Must be some design flaw. Really a solid four star product. Very happy customer here. ... show more

  • Awesome!
You need this for fresh tattoo. It instantly cools it down and helps the healing process. Also it prevents from itching. If they come out with a travel size, it would be perfect!!

  • Repair Tattoo smoothing gel
Clear and non-greasy tattoo gel. It gives the skin immediately cooling relief. I used the next day of my tattoo and it helps with the healing and itching.

  • Great for the repair process
This soothing gel is what you need for new tattoos. Recently got a half sleeve and works great on larger tatts. It's a gel and applies good not like a balm where it takes so much. Calms and sooth the irritated area and gives nice relief. Will definitely use this only moving forward on new ink. But, I don't like how it squirts out a big glob with the provided cap but I just remove it and apply from tube and can gauge the amount. Definitely recommend. ... show more
