I had a similar experience as some buyers with a movement issue using this robot pool cleaner (it stalled and wouldn't reverse direction). However, I reached out to the seller and Ethan has been extremely responsive and more than eager and willing to provide a solution. He is mailing me an accessory (I believe larger wheels) which he says will solve my issue. I wish all Amazon sellers were as responsive as Ethan. For that reason alone, this product is deserving of a 5-star review. As for the quality of the robot pool cleaner, I found it to be very well made and the quality of the materials seems excellent. UPDATE 11/26/2023: After reaching out to the seller, Ethan promptly mailed me larger replacement wheels. He assures me the larger wheels will work better and will allow the robot pool cleaner to move more freely. I will update my review again next Spring after I reopen my pool, BUT I feel this should fix my issue. It generally does what it says it would do for the price. I mainly use it in between doing full pool vacuuming once a week. Just keep In mind this will not replace doing that at least once a week.

Vacuums bottom, even picks up sand. We have above ground pool on sand (slightly uneven in spots) so machine would get stuck. Contacted company and they sent larger wheels - problem solved.

    • Just doesn’t work
Charged as directed. Took it out to the pool, submerged it and it came on. Lowered it to the bottom and it did nothing. I pulled it up and resubmerged it. I felt it cut off half way down. We tried multiple times and it kicks off everytime before getting to the bottom of the pool.

'We have a 12' X 40" enclosed vinyl liner pool with sand under the bottom making it not perfectly smooth. Ever fall we have a migration of hard small worms that if not remove, stain the liner. The cleaner would get hung up on any small imperfection. It also had difficulty climbing the incline from deep to shallow. I removed the 2 sweepers that go in the bottom intake openings and it worked to pick up all the worms. I don't know if I would use this as the only means to clean your pool but what I needed it for, it did the job. ... show more
