I bought this printer based primarily price and reviews. It was packed surprisingly well in foam when it arrived. The included assembly instructions left a lot to be desired, but there were a lot of online videos that got me thru the process. It has very sturdy construction. When finished I loaded into the printer one of the items on the included SD card. It printed for about 20 minutes then stopped. I was unable to correct this problem on my own, so I started trading emails with tech support. Eventually tech support decided the problem was in the Hot Bed, and sent me a replacement Hot Bed. This arrived in 10 days from China. Installing the replacement was simple. I tried printing the little cube again and this time it worked perfectly. I don't write reviews, but in this case tech support deserves public accolades for their help. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just got this printer, and I’m really impressed! For its price, it offers excellent print quality and is relatively easy to set up, even for a beginner like me. The glass bed ensures prints stick well and come out smooth. It’s also a tinkerer's dream with plenty of upgrade options, though you’ll need to manually calibrate it, which can be a bit finicky at times.     • Very good right out of the box with some assembly required
First print project was awesome , and the rest that followed are great, the only issue I have is every time you take sd card out and install for new project you have to turn printer off and then on to read card would be nice to connect to my sonic pad

    • The computer program won’t set up
I received this as a Christmas present. If I could give less 1 star I would. The program provided to download does not give you the option to select the Longer printers, even though it says that they were just added to the program. I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer service and it says that reps are too busy to talk and then hangs up. I’ve called at different times throughout the day. I don’t even think I can get money back for this printer considering it’s been since Christmas. Very very disappointed in this. ... show more

Update: The new and improved customer service from Longer is amazing. I have been working with Cici at Longer and this has made a wonderful change. I can recommend Longer and I’m confident Longer (and Cici) will take very good care of you. I was initially critical of Longer due to their non-existent customer support. However, Longer has appeared to have taken some meaningful steps to resolve these issues. Longer is sending a replacement 3D Printer. They have been in touch with me daily for the past 3 days. I’m liking this improved customer service. The original Printer bed was defective right out of the box. Emailed Longer 3 times over 2 weeks with no response. I would not recommend any Longer product until they get their Product Support and Customer Service functional. ... show more
