I contacted cystomer service. They exceeded all expectations. After a couple quick messages back and forth, they sent me a new one which works great. I must have just got a bad one initially. It haappens. But because of the awesome customer service, i will be a repeat customer. Got my eye on the air pump. DISREGARD MY EARLIER REVIEW BELOW, VENDOR HAS MORE THAN CORRECTED THE ISSUE. THANK YOU CLAIRE. I should have known. took a chance. These things are junk. The variable speed basically has a mind of its own. You can pull the trigger and sometimes it doesnt work at all. You keep trying and then it will finally start, but similar to an old car with a bad starter. When it does finally go, the speed changes in the middle of your project of its own free will.     • Third Drill
This is the third drill I purchased and it is great quality. I really put it through the ringer on the first try drilling holes in a steel can but it did about 10 holes before it lost power. This is my 4th tool from this brand- mower, weedwacker, and leaf blower. I love them all.
