I am a 7.5 wide and purchased a 7.5 wide. They are good quality shoes; however, the wide is definitely not a wide. They are tight in the tow area and on the top since usually people with wide feet are also a little chunkier on the top. They are tight on the top where the lining is causing the feet to hurt, too much discomfort. Cannot wear them all day or even to go out for dinner without them killing my feet. Would be nice to try a double wide (WW) in these shoes. I purchased another color with the same size, and they fit the same. I do not recommend going a size up; if you do then your foot is going to swim in the shoe or cause issues with your toe box. If you have a wide toe box and chunky on the top; I do not recommend unless you don't mind your feet asking for help at the end of your day. Other than that; I recommended. They are a super cute style, the stretch at the front makes them so comfortable, and the heel height is exactly what I personally wanted. I love these shoes! They are going to go perfect with a dress I am wearing for a wedding next month. I was hesitant on wether I should get a wide due to the bone at the top of my foot (I sometimes have a problem with dress shoes because of it) but went with a regular and it’s perfect. The shoes are very comfortable. I would say though as a wide shoe, the elastic on the top of shoe could be a little longer. I have cankles and they tend to swell so by the end of the evening the elastic was digging in. Something I can definitely fix on my own by cutting the elastic and sewing on a ribbon.
