Had to trim the background/border from around the edges to make it look more realistic, but we are still getting good use (laughs) from this. I sent in a poor quality photo. For the price and the picture I sent in… I thought I was going to receive junk. The product exceeded my expectations. I ordered this for my sisters 70th birthday now I will have to look for a local printer service. It was a cheap flimsy. It will not stand the print the picture and put it on a piece of cardboard. Do not order from these people.

I immediately contacted the seller when I received the item. Photo was skewed, cut out was bad and the color was dull. Seller responded within the hour. After a few photo exchanges, seller acknowledged the issue and replaced the cut out and I received the next door. Overall, the product was drastically better the color, The cut out And my daughters face was not stretched. So Happy We will be able to use this at her first Birthday ... show more

This item came smaller than 5ft, Im 5ft, was missing a personal message that said something like I will always be in your heart ❤️ Love Telly and the outline was horrible...not cut good at all. Tried to contact the seller and it would not fo through. I would like this replaced.

    • Faded with time!
I absolutely love this product when we received it. It was nice and bright. The colors were vivid. My only complaint is that the colors eventually faded over time. I would definitely purchase again though!
