This is a fine computer! It is everything I expected and more. It was well-packed, easy set up and quick software update. And, bonus, it has a great keyboard. I recommend it highly. That said, when CPU utilization goes up, the cooling fan in the monitor comes on and it a quite loud. Not so loud to be interruptive but it is annoying. Super fast. Used as a personal computer. No gaming. Didn't much care for the keyboard and mouse that came with it. Weren't bad, just liked what I already had. I love the clutter free connection. Screen is bigger than I imagined. Very nice!!!

Pay attention to the model in these reviews. Most are NOT the 16g i7 27", which I talk about here. I ONLY use a stylus to touch my monitor and don't use the onscreen keyboard. The touch has been flawless and I have already used the touch screen more than I have on my two touchscreen laptops, in ten years. The dongle for the wireless mouse and keyboard is in the mouse, dummy, and also flawless. I love how compact the keyboard is without feeling like a laptop keyboard. My WPM dropped for a few days until I warmed up to it. The silent, soft touch is outstanding! The audio is exceptional, compared to other built-in speakers, but I didn't buy this for sound and haven't listened to enough tracks to be able to offer a real opinion. As for the description, there are several models to choose from, with different RAM, processors, monitor size, etc., so I can see how things can get hairy there. Whether its a $700 or $1400 investment, the item description needs to be spot on and I hope everyone got their purchases squared away; I got exactly what I ordered. I wish I had a Win11Pro option but, I am so happy with the Home version, I may not even upgrade. I have a 2013 Lenovo laptop: 8g i7 still going strong (lasted longer than dells and hps Ive owned), and I am brand loyal. It was fine until my new gig got me running too many programs simultaneously to run my business with so, new toy and write-off! You'll either like Win11 or you won't but, generally, the older we are, the less we like change so, just bite the bullet. I wasn't a fan of Win8, liked Win10 but, I think Win11 would have been the natural procression from win7. If you are a Mac fan, MS seems to have gone back to their roots and stolen some things from Apple so, the look and feel of Win11 may appeal to you. The placement of the USB ports are convenient, or not. Some on the back and some on the side of the monitor. I added a USB expansion for things I disconnect often. The camera is pull up/push down and adds 2" to the height of the monitor. A small but important detail, with all the video conferencing today and, Windows Hello facial recognition. And, because I have a hutch/shelf system on my corner desk that barely clears the open cam when I access an overhead cabinet. ... show more

At first it was working just fine, I loved it, It worked for less than a week, just wouldn't turn on. I took it to the Lenovo Authorized mechanic in my country (I had it delivered to a person in USA and they sent it to my country so I couldn't just return it when it broke down) then it has been with the mechanics ever since. No solution from lenovo's guarantee, no one gives a solution and I'm stuck with an unusable computer and lost over a thousand dollars ... show more

As a PC used for work from home, it is a very reliable system. Performs beautifully, the only drawback, if any, would be that the wireless phone charger is crap, worthless, thank GOD I did not buy to charge my phone. Fast, Reliable, beautiful System, the 27" Touch screen is superb.

I got this to replace a Dell AIO which has always been too slow. This Lenovo is much faster and integrated seamlessly with other plug & play components. I love it! Wish I'd gotten it sooner instead of struggling for years with the Dells.
