If you like the book of boba fett or anything or anything mandolorian this is your purchase. Fresh out of the box the build quality is great with lots of detailed parts. I bought this for my oldest son and he loved it. It was challenging to assemble but not so hard that it wasn’t fun. The details were fantastic and once it is all built it looks great as a decorative piece. Very highly recommend. My son was 12 years old when he out this together.

I love taking time to build large Lego sets. However, I also enjoy being able to pull one out of the box, with my grandson and play with him for a few hours. He is getting to the age where he is starting to appreciate the finished product, and taking a month or more to see a final product isn't that exciting for him. I can share my love of building with him, we can finish it in a few hours, if he doesn't take all the pieces to do his own thing. Then, at the end of the day, I can dissemble it, put it back in the box for us to build another day. The color scheme is great, the details are fantastic. Another great additional or first in your collection of the Lego Star Wars helmet series. Displays wonderfully and the name plate is a nice touch. Could be fun to build while watching the upcoming Boba Fett show. Play Features: the helmet series is really designed around collecting and displaying. However, the Boba Fett helmet does have a movable view finder. Retiring date: At this time, there is no official retire date for the set but it most likely will be the end 2022. Price: The price to piece count is typical on this set. Fine if you pay full price and awesome if you get it on sale. Note: when on sale in the 10-20% range, this is a steal! This is my second helmet out of the Lego Star Wars series, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The step-by-step instructions are as the anticipation for the overall build grows. Boba Fett is one of my favorite characters from the Star Wars universe, so it's a nice touch they added with the helmet. If gifting, I would recommend for young adults to adults, as some pieces are very small and easy to lose. I personally see this item more as a collectable, rather than a "toy." Only complaint, and this comes with most Lego assemblies: the instructions tell you how many pieces of each kind you should have, but never how many leftover after each sectional build. So sometimes you're left wondering if you might have forgot a minor piece. Overall rating: 4.9/5, and a great addition to the man cave or office! ... show more
