I'm barely on the 4th piece but I feel like you can see instant results after taking off the mask. My jawline looks more defined, I think this is definitely a routine thing though like going to the gym. It's not just a one time thing with lasting results. I would probably get a subscription of this if possible for continual use. I'm pretty sure using this daily or weekly for an extended period of time will make all the difference.i suggest tilting your head up when applying it so your tongue sits on the roof of your mouth and you can feel more of a pull from the mask upwards. ... show more

I’ve tried different double chin masks and this one is the most effective for the price thus far. This is my 2nd order. As I lose more weight it’s important to me that my chin and neck area don’t sag and this is definitely helping with that.
