Use this on my ankle for when I am using my office treadmill, works really well and fits super great on my ankle. It is a little big for my wrist but if I got the correct size I am sure I’d be great.

I love how slim and comfortable the band is. Also I like the metal clasp as many slim ones don’t have that. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because I really wanted it to be a brighter aqua color like in the picture. :(
