Innovation product features, comfort, secure fit, quality 9 of 10. BT connectivity with iPhone functions well. I ware a Polar HRM and it links with Polar Beat app so during the ride the app provides me voice updates on my ride…nice feature. Phone voice communication is acceptable inbound and outbound. The magnetic attachment of the tinted goggles is a big plus. I where safety glasses as well plus the goggles, clear and yellow tinted are available optionally. Not hot in summer months and reasonable warm in cooler months add ear warmers supplied along with beanie scull cap if not warm enough. Fit adjustable easy with turn of the adjustable knob in the rear same as you find in safety hard hat. The turn signal feature is innovative however it is functional in the back only, and should be in front as well for unprotected cross traffic left turns! You want all the signals you can with cell phone vehicle drivers! Only downside is connecting the helmet to the Micro USB should have used USB C. About 3 1.5 hour rides on a charge. ... show more

    • Flimsy goggles
For the most part, this is a good helmet. I bought it because of the safety features. The bluetooth works great for listening to music. I did receive a phone call while riding but it was too difficult to hear the caller and she could not hear me very well either so I ended up pulling over to take the call. I won't bother with phone calls in the future. The light on back of the helmet is great. I have not used the camera feature yet so I can't speak to that. The one thing that was a problem for me is the visor. It connects to the helmet with 3 small magnets. The first week I had the helmet, the visor flew off and 2 of the 3 magnets were lost forever. I contacted customer support to get another visor because you can only order clear ones on Amazon and not the dark shield. I was able to connect with someone who said they would ship me another visor and it would arrive in 2 weeks. This would bring me right up to my return deadline but I was promised it would come. It didn't. It's been 4 weeks. I purchased the clear visor and it does not stay on any better. Fortunately it is a good helmet even without the visor. Sunglasses work just fine. Also it stays charged for quite some time. I wish customer support had come thru but they didn't. ... show more

I purchased this to use when riding my e-bike. I've been very happy with the helmet and its features. My only issue is the video picking up a glare from the goggles but I don't plan to use this feature enough for me to be unhappy. The still photos have been good quality. I love the KRACESS helmet so much, it has Bluetooth for when I'm listening to music and videos anytime I want, and to call everyone that is close to me my friends and family. The light features really help me for showing traffic lights in which for whenever I want to choose my destination like a car or motorcycle, I also loved the camera feature and video feature for whenever I take pictures or make a video out of it for blogging while linking to the computer while charging it! This helmet is incredible. It adds the additional protection needed when riding an e-bike. An E-Bike is heavier and thus has more mass than an un-powered bike. The only thing I had to do was add a little foam for inserts to get the fit correct. They might want to ensure that it fits a woman's head. Although I may have a smaller than usual head?
