Ok my husband and I have both tried to recreate the "dribble phenomenon" blamed on the rolled lip. We can't do it. No dribbles, no muss no fuss. We wash them in the dishwasher, no rusting, no metal flavor imparted to our beverages. This is my favorite cup in the house. On hot days not much beats holding a frosty stainless cup in your hand. It's a pleasure similar to but opposite of holding a hot cup of coffee or tea on a cold winter day. I use the pint size for iced tea at home. The 10 oz however are most excellent for drinking wine at park concerts. (Our city allows wine at some concert events. At other concert events imbibing adults must be more discreet so it is nice the stainless cup is not clear). Have you ever tried to put stemware on an uneven grass surface in the park? I guess I should have read the full description. Half the page was advertising other Klean Kanteen products so I skimmed. Thought I ordered a PINT cup, as stated in the name. I received a ten oz cup. Not a pint.

Perfect! Just what I wanted. The brim is wide enough to use under my My-Jo coffee press and prevent a Starbuck coffee sleeve from slipping off (and you do need to use a sleeve as it is not insulated). It's easy to keep clean and keeps the coffee warmer longer and tasting better than a paper cup. My main reason for buying it however was not to take to a cafe but because I have a side table with cup holes that prevent spills but will not work with any cup that has a handle. Not only does the Klean Kanteen fit these perfectly with a sleeve around it, but it looks wonderful in it. I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy it again! While on my quest to utilize less water, I came across a great tip that involved utilizing a cup while shaving instead of having the water run. I said "great idea, let's do this!" So I went ahead and found this awesome Klean Kanteen cup which was the perfect size for my shaving needs. Pros: Lightweight Perfect Size Cons: Tons of water spots unless you immediately dry it Some signs of rust have began to appear at the bottom of the cup (even though it's stainless steel!) Summary: Overall it's a nice little cup, especially for my shaving needs. It just requires more maintenance than I expected, and I just have to make sure to dry it immediately and not have any standing water at all. ... show more

This is a solid cup, solid and sturdy. We purchased two 10oz and four 15oz. Here's our review after we received them: 1. The rolled lip/edge on all single wall KK cup is the place collects bacteria and other unwanted stuff, also hard to clean since the place is not visible, nor reachable. The rolled edge, which has an 1-2 mm opening between the edge and cup body; and creates a narrow, opened and round hollow space underneath the lip. That's the area your lips touch when you drink, and it's extremely hard to clean. The pictures show a paper card fit into the hollow open space. We use a tooth brush to clean it once a week. 2. This is annoying. The white paper label under the cup (10 oz only, no label on 16 oz), is very difficult to remove. We used hair dryer to heat it up, and still had a difficult time to remove all the strong glue. After removed the label, it left a thin layer of strong glue, very annoying. However, this is a well build cup. We are looking forward to enjoying them for many years. Just have to pay special attention to clean. ... show more

This product is perfect. I orders this so I could scald breast milk, it was exactly what I was looking for. It fits perfectly in my bottle warmer, gets up and cools down quickly. Do be careful for the lip of the cup when cleaning , I always flip upside down to dry but you have to flip it right side up afterwards or water will get trapped and you'll probably end up with mildew then. But other than that love it ! ... show more
