I ordered this as a backup for my FAR more expensive "daily driver" headset. I won't mention which brand, but it's the one lots of Corporations use, especially for their remote employees. I just like having a back up. I don't like the idea of paying a lot to get one. The good with this earpiece? The sound is very clear on both ends: everyone can hear me, and I can hear them. It also pairs easily, and (this is a BIG one) it comes with the plug-in adapter. I have found that almost none of the ones I was considering had this feature, despite the fact that if you are working with protected, sensitive data using just regular Bluetooth is a security risk that I know my company isn't willing to take. Now, if you're just using it for personal stuff it should be fine. That's just not my situation. Now for the bad: As clear as it sounds, this device feels INCREDIBLY fragile. I feel like it would not withstand being dropped, let alone much else. I am always worrying that I am going to break it. Since I'm only using it as a "back-up" it's not a huge deal for me, and definitely not a deal breaker. However, if you are in the market for something for daily use? I'd look elsewhere ... show more
