Does not fit without some modifications to the door panel and as far as a 2002 Suburban goes you have to finesse the mounting bracket to get it secure to the door

    • Installation challenge for 05 Toyota Sequoya's
Product did not fit 2005 Toyota Sequoya without major modifications for the installation. Adapters were junk and I had to use the old speakers housings for the mountings. One speaker also produced a scrapping sound with and application of bass so I had to manually work the speaker for about 15 minutes to wear the magnet area down to eliminate the scraping sound. It now works fine but would have returned the speakers if I still had the box. ... show more

The Excelon edition of Kenwood speakers is there premier line. I bought these along with the component version (KFC-XP184C 7" for the front doors) and placed these in the rear doors on my 2012 Crew Cab Ram 3500. Sound quality is excellent and unmatched for my ears! They come with a bracket that allows installation in the dodge doors which usually take a 6X9. Grab these if you have a Ram 09-13 Crew Cab for the rear doors, you wont be disappointed! ... show more

All I can say is WOW! Had them installed with the matching KFCXP184C component speakers for the front with a Kenwood DPX500BT stereo in my 2005 Tundra crew cab and I cant believe how good they sound! Also highly recommend the DPX500BT. Still haven't figured out how to use all the features it comes with. ... show more

I love these speakers. They are great. I install these into my Chevrolet cobalt 2005. I replace my rear stock ones for these ones. I have to say they make a big different. you can feel the boom and the sound is great.
