  • Good for practice
The piano feels pretty great for the price, not to hard to build & the keys feel really similar to an acoustic. Only issue is that the other timbres are pretty hot or miss however.

  • Good sound quality
Love this piano. There is a slight clicking of the keys as I play, but overall I think it’s a beautiful sound quality and I’m able to play the dynamics well with the weighted keys.

  • Perfect "Hobby" Piano
Perfect for my hobbyist needs! The box arrived in good condition and was fairly easy to assemble. Bench was sturdy and actually had a metal frame. The feel and sound is very realistic for the size. It met all my expectations for the price. The only con I would say is the keys are a little loud but I knew this before purchasing. It was recommended to go with the KDP120 if that was a concern. ... show more

  • Wife loves it!
Wife adores it! Was an upgrade from an old casio keyboard from the 90's. Night and day. She plays it every day and it looks like a expensive piece of furniture and not a childs toy. You will need some help setting it up as it is heavy.

  • Pro singer review
Hey, I’m a pro singer/vocal coach and I hv a very developed ear. That said, this instrument is really pretty awesome. Kawai hv a very specific soulful sound and even this unit had that sound to a certain extent, i feel like they may have sampled their own piano sounds cause def a nice tone on the “acoustic piano” type settings. Has many other voices. I bought this unit to set up a vocal studio in San Diego. It’s sort of hard to find spinet pianos, but I really like that you can see over them so that the teacher and the student can make eye contact and see a lot of each other. So with spinets being a bit harder to find these days, these electric pianos are a good second choice. And absolutely this thing sounds great. Somebody was playing on it in the studio space and I was in the kitchen and it really sounded like there was a real piano there. I highly recommend us not just for people who might think that their ears are amateurish, but for professional uses as well. ... show more
