Setup took about 35 min the first time as I had to figure out anchor points and stabilize the poles on my concrete driveway. We got this cage for Christmas and put it up immediately for our 9 and 11 year-old kids. It withstood wind and rain (not much rain in Southern California), and sat out in the sun the whole time. The netting is good for the younger group. I took a few swings and ended up ripping the net, but it wasn't advertised for washed up college guys to use. Fortunately, there is a patch kit and the boys were quick to repair my mistake. Consider how much you are paying, and this is well worth the cost. ... show more

This batting cage has been great for pitching Lite-Flite baseballs and softballs with the Jugs pitching machine. The only issue we have had is the durability of the support poles. It came with an extra, but we have now had more than one break. Customer service has offered to send us replacement poles at no charge! ... show more

The cage works great for a 12yr old - a lot of front toss and tee work. One of my fiberglass poles broke in a wind storm and the company responded right away and will send a replacement - great customer support.

I ask about getting new poles and got no response. A fellow costumer told me to just but some pvc pipes . I will try that.

It comes in a travel bag that is quite compact, also included are extra poles in case you have one break. I had a fiber pole break and customer service has been great.
