Quality product. I really like the hole in the lid - it's especially great that I don't have to fuss with opening the garbage receptacle when I want to throw something away while driving. It doesn't allow odors to escape and no unsightly trash showing. The only thing I would improve upon is to change the strap to better accommodate attachment to the center console. It's not long enough to go all the way around, and the clasps get stuck in the compartment door/lid when I just wrap it a around the portion. We have to pull it out and close the console really fast so that it can hang off the back between the seats. ... show more

This product is a great buy! I originally bought this just for my husband to use as a car trash can bc he drives 90 minutes total to & from work daily and eats in his car thus has lots of trash It works great as a trash can of course being large with a secure but large opening to deposit trash However soon after I gave it to him as a Christmas present we had a death in the family and faced a 12 hour car trip to see his relatives However I take a medication that must b refrigerated so we placed the bottle of med into a zippered plastic bag and put it in the can with 2 freezer blocks also in zippered bags Halfway thru the trip we added to the now slightly melted blocks with ice (inside the zippered bags) and the medicine stayed cold the entire way there We even added soda and snacks to the can and they also stayed cold! This dual purpose makes this softsided can worth buying and at such a low price! (It's easy to clean too with simply a damp cloth) Now I recommend this product to everyone! ... show more

Looks like a quality trashcan, and would be easy to install on most center consoles. However, it does not work with the Jeep Grand Cherokee L center console, which is a double decker style console. There isn’t really any place in the car to place this trashcan aside from headrests, which would put them at face level to second row passenger. So far I really like this, I got it for the front passenger seat and it works perfectly, the waste basket and the pockets to hold pens, Kleenex and hand wipes. It is very easy to move to the back of the seat as well. The price was good and it is just the right size.
