I bought this to keep in my ATV, which has issues with not having enough power to start at very inconvenient times. It kicks off quickly when connected to this jumper, and saves me worrying about getting stranded. The compressor works better than I expected, I'm surprised how quickly it aired up a golf cart flat that I had. The pressure gauge display is nice. The flashlight and emergency flasher are nice. It has a lot of accessories that I haven't needed yet, but it seems to charge up fast, and it does function as a battery bank for usb charging, if needed. It has a cigarette lighter charging cable, which is probably handy if you start a car with it and need to recharge it. Overall, I'm happy with it. It's compact and portable. I purchased this for my 'emergency' kit in my SUV (we drive from the Pacific Northwest to the Southwest and back several times a year). It is compact and portable, and extremely well-made. The jumper cables are heavy enough and the clamps are sturdy so they can readily deliver a charge. The air compressor works well, I've already used it twice to top of tires in the SUV and my wife's sedan. The digital display and it's use are user-friendly, and I particularly like the fact that I can enter the tire pressure (e.g., 44 psi) before I start the inflation process, and then start it up and let it do its thing, knowing it will automatically stop once the inflation number is reached. I have tried several different portable jump packs and leave one in each vehicle and then also have one on the boat. I have a super compact one I keep with me for ice fishing…because cold weather makes batteries no bueno. There are always tradeoffs when you get compact in size- I like that this unit is small and capable. This little unit comes with a handy hard sided case that actually holds everything inside of it. The digital display is easy to read and well lit. The plug in for jumper clamps is impossible to mess up. The compressor is actually powerful enough to inflate the tire on my pickup (little slow, but it’s not supposed to be fast). This compact unit will live in my wife’s vehicle.
