Assembly directions were A+, very clear diagrams and parts needed for each step well labeled. Packaging arrived slightly scratched and a few holes on the outer package but no parts were damaged inside. Added bonus feature of led lighting is a very cool added feature that gives a fun bit of ambience on movie nights. The little table catches slightly on the larger table when pulling it out. So over time, I imagine wear will happen over time. But just barely touches. Otherwise, beautiful, sturdy, have used it several times as a dining table, or when doing alot of paperwork.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or if I got a defective piece.. the bolts don’t line up with the hole that is given, even when flipped the slab around. Step #3 , slab #14 going in

Sold by a third-party, I was informed it may arrive before Christmas, or it could arrive as late as the 28th. Well, it arrived three days before Christmas. As one could imagine, there’s a lot of assembly. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see the very detailed and useful video that is included with the product ad that provided a visual step-by-step guidance on how to assemble the product. Coupled with the easy to read instructions on the very well organized and labeled parts. I was able to assemble the product in about 90 minutes. It’s well constructed the assembly and parts are well thought out and once you get you get started and get a groove on, it starts becoming easier and easier to assemble. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the lighting was, in fact a programmable light strip that can be controlled by an app on your phone. Provides functionality for different colors and different patterns. Another pleasant surprise. As far as durability, it’s a solid piece of furniture. I love the ability to convert it into a desk for myself from the coffee table, and I’m also looking forward to fully expanding the coffee table into a full four seater table to poker nights. This table would be perfect, if not for that fact that it contained a support beam (part #4) that was a good 2 inches too short. Luckily I was able to finish assembly without that piece. I messaged the manufacturer, hoping they can send the correct size piece. If not, I am going to need to fabricate an extension to make the piece work. It really is a shame. If not for this incorrect part this table would be 5 stars. It looks exactly like the pics and is very well constructed. ** Update: No response from seller in regards to the issue described. Had a similar out of date table that had a raised surface for eating or working on. My husband bought this for us and I love it. It's sleek and compact, the surface area for working on is HUGE, and it's slim design makes it fit perfect in the small recess of our sectional. The coating on the table is not super durable, it can get scratched and craped easily, damaging surface area so be nice to your things. The led lights and Bluetooth connect for light show is extra and makes me feel boojie. ... show more

The table seems very well made. Easy to assemble. I made an error by having #8 upside-down causing #14 not to line up. After messaging the seller and sending some pictures, they pointed this out to me and the rest of the assembly took about an hour and a half.
