I am on my second 4lb bag of this product, and I have no complaints! Made Brazilian Cheese bread like it came out of a restaurant! My mom adds it to her regular flour when she makes home-made bread and it makes the bread so yummy, soft and delicious!

Tapioca flour was fine. Great product, however the bag it comes in was defective. When sealed its not evident, the track for the press and seal was manufactured incorrectly so no matter how you try and line up tracks they wont seal n close to preserve integrity of flour. Quite a large bag but I use it for many recipes in my gluten and dairy free baking. Adds elasticity to the dough so says my recipes. Nothing else added. Great product.
