I'm very pleased with this scooter. I live in a hilly neighborhood and weigh 220lbs. I got about 7 miles and was down to 50% but I had it in sport mode the entire time and that was plenty to get me around town and back home! It is fast 28mph is easy to hit on flat straight aways. It did "over heat" 3 times (a little light just flashes on the screen) but it just slows down the scooters acceleration but still let's you go 20mph. I drove it in ECO mode (15mph max) for a mile and the over heating went away so it went right back into sport. :) deffinelty recommend, best scooter for the price. Keeping it in drive mode (25 mph max) didn't let it over heat at all. ... show more

Great product overall the only thing wrong with it is that it overheats which makes it go 20mph, but besides that this scooter is amazing. It brings me farther than everyone else’s scooter and at the same time has better things than the other scooters on Amazon as well.

One of the shocks unscrewed while my son was out riding it. I informed the company and not one, but several representatives contacted me. They were all eager to remedy the situation. This company takes customer service to another level. I could not be Happier with the resolution.     • Decent for the price. The app is useless.

This device performs better than expected. When measured with electronic equipment, it seems that the motor on the 650 W version that I received is actually around 750 watts. The battery rated at 15 amp hours was tested and performed slightly better than advertised. The only downside to this scooter is the app, which is absolutely useless. If you can get it to pair with the scooter, you'll be lucky to get it to stay connected, and no matter how many miles you ride the scooter the app will report zero on the odometer and the trip meter every time you turn the scooter on. The manual is also completely and utterly useless. What you need to know is, hold down the button until the scooter comes on. Double tap the button to change modes from Beginner to Eco double tap again to change from Eco to Drive, double tap again tomchange from Drive to Sport. It will start in beginner mode every time you turn it on. Sport mode will allow it to go the maximum of 25 miles an hour. Holding down on the throttle will turn on the cruise control, which will cause the scooter to attempt to achieve maximum speed at all times until you press the throttle control again or pull on either brake. To turn on the headlight, press the button one time. You can disable the cruise control in the app, but it will be re-enabled the next time you turn on the scooter. And again, good luck getting the app to do anything with any sort of consistency. Thankfully, it's possible to operate the scooter without the use of the app at all. If it didn't come with an app at all I probably would have given it five stars honestly! Sometimes you can get this item for a few dollars cheaper on the manufacturer's website, but the pricing is *very* volatile there, and you won't get the support of Amazon if there is trouble with shipping or with a return. ... show more

Yeah I got a flat one time and also took awhile to fix it when disassembling the rear tire. Because there's a screw that locks the tube in place so I had to disassemble the entire rear tire. The bolts are not long enough I don't know how they manage to press it in because the bolt is not making any contact so I had to order mxuteuk M4 Screws just to get it done right a 20mm bolt at least, jesus man it's a hassle but if u done it once next time will be easier! ... show more
