    • Cracked Bins, Broken and Missing Handles.

If you decide to order these, then just hope for the best. My first order had two cracked bins and broken handles. The four other bins in that order were fine and looked great, but obviously I had to ask an Amazon Customer Service Rep for help on the issue and I was fortunate enough to get a replacement set for free without having to return anything. The second order - the replacement set - ended up being 95% great except for two missing handles on the last storage bin! Of course I couldn't complain, since these were free, but Quality Control comes to question if I, and what seems to be others in the reviews, are having issues with their orders. These storage bins do seem like a great size to put clothing and other items in though. I would say they seem solid and sturdy - if you factor out the fact that they were being tossed around during Delivery so they might have been destroyed through that process! I do have IRIS USA's 12 QT storage bins that I got from Costco and really liked how solid those were so that's why I decided to get their 32 QT storage bins from Amazon. Both sizes have a similar solid and sturdy feel to them. I really think they need a better delivery box with extra padding. Maybe remove the black handles during delivery and have them separately within another box - so that the handles don't get broken during shipping. I also contacted the manufacturer regarding the missing handles so hopefully they will come through with that. ... show more

The intent of ordering this product was to use them for packing up my dorm room. I needed these boxes to pack all my clothes and other things in my dorms room. When I received the boxes I took them out the box to begin packing. But when I began looking through the boxes and lids of the boxes I noticed that five out of six lids were broken plus one of the bottoms of the boxes. 1 of the lid locks fell instantly when taking the boxes out of the box as well. I saw it wasn’t broken so I picked it up and placed it back on the box. To my surprise the lid lock wouldn’t clip back onto the box. No matter how many time I placed it back or how I would place it back. It just kept falling. The clips or wtv the little things on the lid lock are called would go into the holes but not latch on properly. I had 2 weeks until having to move out but we were no longer allowed by student housing to order packages to the mail room as they were going to be returning them if we did. So what I did was I went ahead and still packed all my belongings in the boxes and used them all broken. I don’t think I’d be ordering this product again. I mean a total of 80$ for six boxes? Okay, you’d expect them to be good boxes of good quality plastic material, but nope. So much issues with six boxes all had issues. I returned the boxes without any further issues from what they had arrived with whatsoever. Got my money back, I’d recommend others to do the same. ... show more

I was reorganizing multiple storage units and needed 50 or more storage bins. I didn’t want to pay a couple thousand dollars so I took a risk and purchased these storage bins. Like other reviewers said I received a few bins that arrived cracked or damaged. Usually it was the bin on the bottom that was cracked in the corner. The handles are a joke. Almost all of them fell off. I could put some back but some handles I was not able to fix. I wouldn’t use these for any heavy or bulky items, but for lightweight items they could be a good deal. ... show more

These storage tubs are super nice! Great size! And they are sturdy! I love the locking clamps on the lids too! This is to really secure the lids to make sure they don't fall off. And they do work! I've never had one break off like some other storage tubs I've bought in the past. I store all kinds of things in my tubs! clothes/cleaners/shoes/seasonal items etc. I love how they are stackable too! Makes it super handy and storage space saving! This arrived broken inside an undamaged box. It is part of a 6 pack with 1 item damaged. I’m afraid I’m stuck having to return the entire 6 pack because Amazon has a poor system for handling damaged items that come grouped with items that are fine. In the past I’ve appreciated these storage containers for their versatility and light weight while still being strong enough for heavy packing. But now with this problem I would strongly recommend buying a different brand until they take steps to protect shipments. ... show more
