This fit my OLED screan perfect on the back of the screen. The case also allows you to still use the flip on the back. The handles are not too sturdy because the front faces of the right handle kept popping off. The handles do not fit on the controller adapter so you jave to take off the case.

This product does not fit the switch snugly. It’s loose and all the plastic parts shift. When you try and put it in the dock it gets stuck. You have to remove the case entirely to use the switch to its full potential. It’s very flimsy and the back flap does not adhere to what it’s supposed to attach to. First of all, ignore any reviews from people who purchased this for the wrong model. This is for the OLED model, not the original switch or lite. I noticed lots of bad reviews with pictures and videos that showed they had the wrong model. Different model = different size Now for the actual review on a correct model! It fits perfectly, and is a nice clean and solid look. The main goal I think is to avoid common wear. My old switch got incredibly worn down where the fingers rubbed a lot. This is a solution! I feel like this should be the main goal of hard cases like this. On that note, it’s too thick. It does hinder the movement in and out of the dock quite a lot. This trade is worth it for me to have a clean looking switch. The back flap/kick stand is probably the only possible solution, and while it takes a little more effort, it’s the best cover that supports the kickstand. For the joy cons, the thickness on the front cover feels great, it’s just a little too thick everywhere else. The buttons to release the joycons from the switch are the biggest problem. These are incredibly difficult and awkward to press. Would suggest a new version of this case that’s simply thinner, aside from the front of the joy cons. Note that because of the joycon covers, you’ll need a backless controller grip. I would highly suggest the “V” models. Flimsy. cheap. Get what you pay for. Dropped my switch from 3 feet off the ground and the case just popped right off. Luckily no damage to my console though. Would not recommend.

For someone not particularly mechanically minded. I found set-up instructions sorely lacking. Some minimal instructions are on box / descriptions of components. Awkward to read outside of box while trying to set-up. I referred to on-line descriptions and instructions throughout process. Time consuming and frustrating. Would be extremely helpful if Nintendo provided more comprehensive instructions in small booklet format. Would be extremely helpful if Amazon description included "what's in the box". I was extremely sad. mad & frustrated to learn that game was not included!!! I find purchase price of console to be way overpriced especially since Zelda game not included. Just another example of corporate greed! For those struggling with set-up a couple of notes: 1. The "controller" is not a Nintendo charging station altho looks very similar to pictures of charging station. 2. Rails have to be removed to charge joy-cons 3. HDMI cord is included. From Amazon comments I did not expect to be included. Bought a HDMI cord, will be returning. Example of usefulness of "what's in the box" description. 4. The controller does seem pretty poor in design. I agree with others' comments to buy a better one. They are not too expensive. I bought a bumper case because I am bit klutsy. Terrible packaging for one I bought -- not frustration-free at all. Bought a glass cover for screen. Still quite upset game not included. Way down in description of product this is revealed.
