I'm shocked that this mattress had so many positive reviews from adults. I'm a single mom and have to stay on a budget. The price point and reviews swayed my decision to purchase this mattress. This mattress is thin and you can feel springs. A small child would be ok on this mattress, but I cant believe an adult would choose to sleep on this mattress. I wish this item was easily returnable but there is no way I could get it back into the packaging. ... show more

The mattress so far exceeded all my expectations! As someone who had struggled with back pain for years, finding the right mattress was crucial. I have gone through SO many trying to find the right one. This mattress in in between the medium-firm level. It seems just right for me. It provided the perfect amount of support for my back, without feeling too stiff or flat. I also noticed a significant decrease in pressure points, letting me to wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free. The high-density foam and comfortable pillow top make it super soft. The material feels great, and looks like it will hold up well. One thing I particularly love about this mattress is the motion isolation. I share a bed with a partner who tends to toss and turn in their sleep, but with this mattress, I barely notice their movements. This has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep, allowing me to stay sound asleep throughout the night. I recommend this mattress for anyone considering to purchase. Of course, my real review will come from using the mattress for a few months, but I wanted to let everyone know my thoughts for now. Fingers crossed this is the perfect mattress for me!     • Soft Top, Firmer Base, Comfy Sleep; No Handles
The top layer of this bed, maybe the top 2-3 inches, is very soft and you sink in decently. Under that is a firmer base (I'm assuming the springs they talk about) that do a good job of supporting ou without letting you sink in too much. This arrived well protected and expanded to 100% just about immediately-- be careful when opening the package, it's not a gradual rise, it happens quick. I didn't notice any odors when unpacking, nor a day later when I finally put the bed to use. My one complaint is that this thing does not have handles. It's super annoying to move around a queen sized bed without something easy to grab on to-- especially when you know it takes relatively little cost to add them to the product. It's a minor complaint, but once that'll tick me off when we get ready to move in a few months. If you're looking a soft bed you can sink into, this probably isn't want you want. If you're looking for a firmer bed, this might do the trick-- but ultimately, i think this lands in the middle. Not super plush, but not stiff and hard.
