Overall good quality bike at little over 800 bucks shipped, the 2 wheel drive is very powerful,would be nice if it had turn signals, I added my one wireless signals. rides okay even though there's no rear suspension, it's a little bumpy but not too much. One thing that caught my attention is that it supposed to go 30 miles per hour, but mine only went 15 mph , i tried to contact seller to see if I could get a manual for speed settings but no response yet, so I did a good search and found a video with instructions on a bike called fucare Gemini,so my bike went from slow 15mph to 30, I posted link and how to fix problem but my review was deleted because was inappropriate, I was trying to help people buying and enjoying this bike ,but you are on your own. Battery has nice extra light and charging port USB, screen module has charging port as well. Time will tell about the battery,is very possible that I will be Getting one or two more of these bikes ... show more

(Edit: front motor has stopped working) Was pretty excited the first day I got it, tightened everything down and charged the battery. Was expecting some complications, have heard to be warry about non certified batteries; I have only driven the bike a few times in the first week of owning it and now the battery won't hold a charge at all. I'm a car enthusiast and have rebuilt motors and am pretty handy with tools. Bike build is good but usually it's the things around the main build that easily get worn. I did not expect this battery to last but only for a week? Am waiting for a response from there customer support, seems like not a quick process on their end. If I get a resolution from the support team I will update the review to 5 stars, in the meantime it's a heavy bike shaped paper weight. (UPDATE) I failed to realize the second switch under the battery near the brake light switch, is a killswitch. Ignorance is bliss, not sure what symptoms someone else was having with a battery that also did not seem to charge may have been a similar case, definitely good idea to use some thread locker where you can. Setting the tire size down does increase the speed, this definitely helps with confidence in commuting down main roads. I'm a heavy set guy working my way down, currently 305lbs, this bike will still reach 25 to 30mph like a champ. Fork hasn't gave out yet, I keep my weight shifted to the back. But I have ridden myself and a buddy who weighs 188lbs, this bike will still move. Even so, this seems like a fore shadow to delayed customer service. ... show more

I have been trying to get a hold of these guys, but cannot find them anywhere online. Bike looks great and rode wonderful until the battery died. The charger they sent does not charge the battery. I’m not sure if the charger is broken or the battery is broken but I’ve ordered a new charger and that one likewise does not charge the battery. I am hoping the company will reach out to me once this review goes out. I will edit it if they do. Again, the bike was absolutely great when it had charge. 10/30 Ibike has reached out and said they will replace the battery but I will have to wait until late Nov. They started reaching out on 10/16 but it was through an Amazon back channel. They have been very helpful once I figured out how to find the back channel message board. I am changing review to 3 stars and if we end up getting the replacement battery I will move the stars up. I will keep this post current. Bummed that my son has to wait 6 weeks to use his bike but am happy that we have made contact with ibike and that something is happening. Update Dec 12 Still no battery. My son has not been able to ride the bike he ordered 2 months ago. I keep asking and they keep saying be patient. How long is long enough?????? Update Dec 20 The batterie arrived and in great working order. They even gave me some perks bc of how long that whole situation took. The bike itself is incredibly fast! The Torque is more than my Freego F3 Pro Max which is triple the cost. Other than the really long wait my we are very happy with what we have now. ... show more

It's a very cool bike if I could use it. Battery only lasted a year and would charge. Bought a new battery charger but that didn't work. Contacted the company asking what exact battery I need to buy but they never responded. There are too many different batteries out there to chance the right buy. Very poor customer service.
