I use this for my home gym. I really tightened all the bolts very tight with my own tools and it makes it fairly rigid. Not as rigid as an all welded pro gym unit but works for me. Most of the steel on this unit is 1/8" thick with reinforcements at connection joints My PT office that has about 9 PTs working in a big common space has a pro all welded unit but they also have one of these. I weigh 155lb. When doing back extensions I hold a 45lb weight and it seems fine. Your results might be different if your over 200lbs. The adjustment holes are spaced about 1" about to set the incline angle. I wanted an angle in between so drilled out a few holes in between. Worked fine. I fold mine up after every use so the room can be used for primal flow or yoga for my wife. I've timed my self, it takes 30 seconds to either fold up or set up from folded. Make sure to tighten the hinge point very tight, there is enough leverage to still easily line up all the pieced to unfold and fold it but otherwise it will feel a bit wobbly. I was searching for a simple Roman chair, designed piece of equipment to strengthen my lower back. There were many to choose from, but I finally found this one. I think that this particular one had been purchased and returned because of the way the box was taped up, and it was pre-assembled. Not impressed with this item as, while we were trying to assemble it, we found a broken weld. In reality its a cold weld where one side didn't bite into the metal at all. Not encouraging when it's going to be supporting your entire weight. Returning.

I used a piece of similar equipment in gym and found it helpful for extending my lower back. So I bought one for home use. It is easy and non-intimating to use. It extended my lower back and exercised my legs and waist well. It doesn't occupy much space.
