This says it is oven safe, so it should be able to handle temperatures of up to 500 degrees C. Decided to use it to deep fry some onion rings. Had hot oil at 330 degrees in it and the bottom cracked spilling hot oil all over my stove stop starting a grease fire 🔥 Thankfully i was able to turn off the stove and douse the flame with baking flour (NEVER USE WATER FOR CHEMICAL FIRES). ... show more

Because there were no reviews, I was hesitant to buy. I’m so glad I did! This is very heavy and durable. I’ve already used in the oven and it did great. Clean up is very easy, but only hand wash.
