The media could not be loaded. It took almost two hours to build this with two people working on it at once. You will need the proper tools to put it together as it only comes with screws, this might inconvenience people who do not have a set of tools. The directions were clear, make sure to read them carefully. This chair didn’t even last me 6 months. The base of the chair bent so bad I literally have to cancel my books until a new chair comes in and this isn’t the cheapest chair 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great chair very nice, big and comfy, but a few things, the screws becomes loose, the chair will stay in the lean back position; you have to continue to try and fix the chair, everytime it’s used.. had it for about 5 months tops and already having issues

The chair’s aesthetically pleasing but I have a few complaints. 1. Pretty much all of the metal on this chair needs to be beefed up. It lacks a sturdiness. Would not feel comfortable with anyone large sitting in it. 2. The headrest doesn’t lock at different heights. It just gradually slides back down…. 3. Like others mentioned the instructions are hard to see because it’s poorly printed and honestly could be explained better. Thinking of returning, could be satisfied with a gift card. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. very easy to assemble, just make sure to follow the instructions carefully .. but the lever for the pump to elevate the chair didn’t come with screws so it’s not completely secured .. other than that everything works perfectly
