This bag is very nice. I love the smell of leather, and this is the genuine article. The bag is reasonably well-made, with decently straight seams (there are a couple of wobbles here and there, but they don't detract from the aesthetic or function) and finished edges. My only gripe is that the lining is not properly measured. It's crafted from microsuede, which I thought was an odd fabric to choose for lining a bag, but it's actually quite nice. The improper measurements cause buckling and puckering in places all along the bag's sides, and the interior pockets gape badly as a result of the same. Fortunately, because the lining is properly sewn into the sides and not left to its own devices, the bulk of functionality problems are mitigated. The panels are pulled close to the bag's sides, and while they are aesthetically not very pleasing because of the poor measuring, it leaves the bag in the proper shape for full functionality. The only functionality that is compromised is with the gaping interior pockets. Overall, I'm very pleased. The bag seems like it could use some quality control, but for the most part, all problems associated with the lack of it are on the inside and don't majorly effect functionality. While the gaping interior pockets might be a concern for some, I don't think they'll be a serious issue for most, as it allows for larger items to be stowed in those pockets. They won't hold on to items well, though, so some trial an error might be involved in figuring out what the tipping point is. ... show more

This will make a beautiful gift. It's very soft and supple. Very well made and though it's a little more than some purses, thisis real leather and worth every penny. Get 1 for you and 1 for a friend. It's a very nice size pocket book. I'd highly recommend.

I am skeptical that this bag is genuine leather. It smells awful but maybe I'm not familiar with this particular tanning process. It smells like the PU Leather in other cheaply made bags. I am very impressed with this genuine leather purse. The leather is soft and pliable. The stitching is high-quality. The design is very user-friendly and attractive. The inside of the bag has more than enough space, however the pockets could be larger and a center divider would be appreciated. The interior zippers work well and are good quality. .The strap is super long. If you want it set at a shorter level there’s an overwhelmingly long “tail” that will hopefully not become a problem to deal with. The bottom is flat and allows the bag to sit standing up straight. I am nitpicking. I really do like this purse and it’s the first time in several years that I have ordered a genuine leather purse. The only reason I deducted a star is because of the super long strap and the lack of an interior divider. I am still extremely happy with it overall. ... show more
