It's heavy. Great work out. Length is a bit too short for someone of my height. Between the heavy nature of the rope and the speed at which it moves, when it hits your pinky toe it feels like a piranha hitting your toe like a small mouth bass.

I maybe should have been at a higher fitness level when I bought this but it was more fun to use on the floor. Idk what they're called. Not long enough to use for that though. But still a really fun way to workout

Its hard to use it like a proper jumprope at times because the handles bend and can mess up your grip so your really have to adjust your grip well, I wish it had a more proper jump rope handle, the price isn’t to bad but it should be lower based on these factors
