    • Handles are short but can manage over-stuffing; not meant for being dragged around
This is a great hand-carry tool bag. I see two short-coming with it: 1) If you over-stuff the bag, then the handles are too short to totally connect together and hold easily in one hand. What you can do then is use the handle's velcro wrap to "kind-of" connect the two handles and then it's reasonably comfortable to lug around with one hand, even when the bag is too over-stuffed to be able to close. Still, I would have preferred longer handles. 2) The bottom has four large protective footers on its corners, but none in its center. The bottom itself isn't really rigid, just what seems to be maybe some kind of cardboard or what-not within a woven sleeve, so the center easily sags under weight, and in that common situation there's no abrasion protection at all for the bottom's center. Otherwise, I'm happy with this item. It's sized right for me, with sufficient pockets and about a dozen places to slip carabiners into (not included). Many of the pockets have plasticized backing, which I could do without. The stitching seems good. The zipper is a heavy duty type, although I never zip up these bags (and I can't remember ever seeing anybody else doing that). ... show more

    • High Quality Bag!
My attached garage is on the 1st level and my apartment is on the second level. I keep the majority of my tools in my apartment just because of climate control etc. So, when I need to work on my car or a project that will create dust or debris, I have to lug all of the tools needed for the job in boxes and/or bags. Which is truly a pain... and results in multiple back and forth trips up and down the stairs. This bag has eliminated all of that inconvenience! I can now pack all of my tools in one go and still have room left for solder, screws etc. It is extremely spacious, unbelievably durable, more than adequate amount of pockets, and comfortable handles. The zippers and closures are robust and easy to secure. You will not have to worry about this bag ripping or your tools punching a hole through it! I just wished the bag was offered in more colors. All-in-all, this is a great accessory for the travelling mechanic, electrician or DIY'er on-the-go! Perfect for remote jobs for any trades person! ... show more

This bag is very well made, sturdy for holding and organizing all my tools in a way making them easy to find in a hurry. It's easy to see everything with a quick glance. I took everything I've had for years in one of those big old metal tool boxes and organized it all into this bag which holds it all, and is much lighter making it easy for me tote around. I already have a tool bag, but sometimes it's not quite big enough. I use this one for all my mechanical tools now, and use the other one for all my electrical tools. that way, if i need it, i can go back and get it, and both bags can be carried by their handles in one hand, if needed. nice and durable, and plenty of slots that hold well for some of my more commonly needed tools, something my other bag lacks. ... show more

There is such a thing as too big with tool bags! I have a large bag that was just getting over loaded with smaller, heavy stuff so I started looking for another bag. I found this one on VINE and requested it. And it is rather nice. Very strong material with plenty of outside pockets for all types of items. A good tape measure clip which my old bag never came with and, it isn't so big that I can forget that all that stuff gets HEAVY! It isn't tiny by any means but it keeps me from forgetting about the weight as there is a sane limit as to how much I can stuff in it. Good looking with nice straight stitching and a stout zipper.     • Nice for the price
This is a well made tool bag. I have a few of these and this is the nicest one. I love tool bags because I tend to do jobs at my neighbor's house or a family members house and the bag allows me to build a quick kit to do the job at hand then unpack it when I get home. This particular bag got hijacked because it arrived at the beginning of fishing season so I've been using it as a tackle bag and I love it for that. I do the same thing with tackle as I do with tools with this bag, I put just what I need for the lake or river I'm going to and the type of fishing I'm going to be doing then I unpack it after I'm done. I have half a dozen large tackle boxes and bags but they are just to big to be convenient, I'm liking this bag much better. ... show more

This seems to be a well constructed tool bag, plenty of pockets for my needs. I wanted a smaller tool bag to hold my plumbing tools. Those tools all fit with extra room for plumbing parts and spare hose I have. This could be used for and general tool bag or specialty tool bag you want to set up. What a surprising delivery!!! For the price, at the time of this review, I was expecting a storage tool bag of questionable quality. But, when I opened the package I was met with a very top quality tool bag... And I do mean "TOP QUALITY"! it is made of a stout canvas type material. All workmanship is spot on. The zippers are heavy duty to the max. The pockets are all over the place and well positioned as well as proportioned. Handles are strong and will handle their job comfortably. The moly straps on the side are a nice touch. A shoulder strap is included and will make carrying a distance easier. There is loads of room inside and out!! I have a lot of tools being that I am a retired mechanic and this bag was probably listed at the lowest price of any bag that I own and is, without a doubt, the best of the bunch. ... show more
