We have purchased many different hearing aids/amplifiers. These are probably the worst so far when it comes to sound. It doesn't sound any different. Maybe if you have the tinniest bit of heating loss, they may help but if you have any measurable amount of heating loss, it's just a piece of jewelry. They are designed well which is why I gave them 2 stars. I really like the convenience of working for either ear and how they charge right in the case. They are made to be extremely convenient but it doesn't matter if they don't work. So, here's the deal. I've tried a bunch of hearing aids over the years, and honestly, this one works pretty well. the lightweight design was a plus for me. You know how some hearing aids can be bulky and kind of a pain? Not this one. I could wear it all day. It made conversations clearer without any of that annoying feedback whistle some devices have.
