The media could not be loaded. Overall I like this stove. The shell is all metal which was a nice surprise. The feet are sturdy plastic and I have no worry of them breaking. You'll want a philips screwdriver that's at least 6 inches long to install them. I like that this HEAO version of the stove (which seems to be sold by several different companies on amazon) has no branding on the front. It looks classy all black. I like that the buttons to adjust settings are enclosed behind the glass of the stove door, as it's a good safety feature to prevent the heater from being turned on by children. The heater is quite powerful and uses a tube heating element. The flame effect is surprisingly good. The flames appear and disappear in a realistic way, and if it's a repeating pattern I can't tell. They seem random. The only thing I don't like about the flames is they are very dim. In the attached photo and video you can see the stove brightness as compared to a candle. A single candle gives off significantly more light than the stove. The photos and video are of the flames at their highest brightness setting. Most nightlights are brighter than this stove. It's still pleasant to look at, but the realism would be greatly improved with 2-3x the brightness. Pro tip: a woodwick candle gives a nice crackling sound to make the fire more convincing. ... show more

The package came in a day early and that was pleasantly surprising. Everything in the products description is exact. We love our little faux stovetop fireplace, it heats up our two car garage nicely (husbands mancave). Top/bottom, front/back and sides are cool to the touch even on high (82 degrees). Low whir of the fan that is hardly noticeable. So far we love it and any issues I will be sure to update my post. ... show more

The good points: The size is good to fit in smaller space. Has a metal cabinet. Door opens to control it manually without remote if you choose. Up dated review, now 1 star The blower started making a noise, wanted a replacement heater, was told I could only return for a refund. Not happy, we just wanted it exchanged for one with NO blower rattle. It's being returned 😒 Not so good: The temperature control is anywhere from 10 to 15 degrees off. The legs are made of plastic instead of metal. The electric heat coil can be seen from the front when it's turned on instead of just the Imitation flames as it should be. (Please see the picture I posted with this review.) The built in heat thermostat is the Biggest disappointment and I'm close to returning it because of that. ... show more

The ambience of this heater is delightful and gives a cozy feeling. The only assembly was the feet on the heater which was very easy to do. It has 5 flame settings. You can set the heat anywhere from 62 to 82. You can set it to go off automatically after 30 minutes up to 9 hrs. Heat output is not strong, and takes a little while to heat the room. The remote does not have back buttons for any of the settings, so when using them (heat, flame, hours for automatic shut off), you have to run through the entire settings and back to 0. Ex: if you set the flame on 2 and then decide you want it on1, you have to run through 3, 4, 5, 0, then to 1. Overall, it's a nice heater and I would purchase another. ... show more
