The only issue we had was during installation where the instructions specifically lay out how to do this. When putting the handle bars on, if you have an issue with it coming loose - just turn the handlebars 180 degrees and try again. Ours was facing the wrong way. Other than that user error, we love this thing and so does our kiddo. She’s tall for her age but she couldn’t fully touch the floor at first, but even with her tippy toes she was able to scoot around easily.
