They look and feel sturdy yet aren't heavy. They don't look cheap and don't feel like they'll fall apart in your hands when you're trying to hang something. The company's response was phenomenal when I noticed a scratch on one of the frames. That being said, the frames are so clearly wrapped and hand
led with care from the warehouse to delivery that the chance of having any issues with damaged frames is very minimal. I even kept their packaging to wrap the frames in for when we move. Top quality product and delivery. The price-to-quality ratio feels like a steal. I'm slowly starting to print and hang photos, and Hause and Heus are at the top of my frame list!

Great frames at a great price!

These are exceptionally well-made frames that packaged very well to protect damage from shipping. We purchased 22 of these in different sizes and everyone arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely purchase more when we need them.

Bought different sizes. Easy to install for almost all of them, except the last shipment I got didn’t have the hardware to install & it was harder to peel off the protective film. Other than that, great purchase!

This frame is perfect. It was packaged well - it arrived with corner protectors. There were several print anchors to hold my art in place and I loved that it came with wall hardware, too.

Excellent frames - balancing quality, features, and price

I did an entire wall in these frames (1 - 16x20, 4 - 11x14, 6 - 8x8) and couldn't be happier. The wood is more than usable in quality, the plexiglass is clear and clean, and the locking mechanisms on the back are easy to move and hold things in place. I'll be ordering several more to match!

This is my 2nd frame that I have purchased. So easy to place your picture in it and mount on the wall. I also like that the glass part is plexiglass which I love for it's clarity, lightweightness, and functionality. I will definitely purchase more.

I don't often write reviews, but I was impressed with the quality of this frame, and how easy it was to use and hang. I've bought many lesser quality frames from other brands. I'll be buying from this brand again.
