This is a nice bed cover for the money but is not waterproof, just water resistant. I think this type just isn’t water proof because we had one like this on another truck before and it leaked also. Had on the truck for less than 2 weeks the part that holds down the cover to the bed of the truck broke and caused damage to my new truck I would not recommend this product to no one unless they don’t care about there vehicle I am extremely upset with the damage this product has caused to my truck
