Only thing I will mention is that the beige color looks a little more pink-ish in person - I'd gotten it for my husband for father's day and if he had decided to keep it, he said he would have exchanged for another color because the beige seemed closer to pink.

Excatly What I Was Hoping For!

Lots of room for tiny suitcase

I took this with me when I flew to Australia on Air Canada. No issues with the dimensions and fits just fine under the seat and in the overhead cabin. There’s quite a bit of room for a couple changes of clothes. I rolled my clothes. One side doesn’t have a zipper on the inside. It only has elastics.
I didn’t use anything for that side since clothes went in it. But if I had small items, I would have used a packing cube. Only thing I wished was that there was a pocket to get into on the outside for small stuff however the little suitcase fits fine in the seat of you need to open it and get something out of it. I plan on using this little piece again on my next trip.

Chic + Quality, Limited capacity

Wow this is an elegant looking suitcase. Have been searching for months for my new suitcase replacement, looking at Samsonite and all the big brands and was disappointed with the style + color selection. I originally purchased the Bamboo Green, but it was a bit too much color for me so went with IVOR
Y which is a beautiful neutral. The wheel movement is good, the suitcase feels light yet sturdy, and I like the zip compartment inside. I appreciate the shine and the texture- seems like it won't scuff as easily as matte finishes. and I like that the branding is very subtle and there's a TSA lock. The only downside was that I wish there was more capacity and perhaps another interior pocket. I purchased the 24" size, but will be returning for the 29" size.

The material on the shell of this suitcase felt flimsier than the other one. I thought that it would have been dented or damaged. I got this one on a slight sal
e when I purchased it and it was deliverable in the time frame I needed. The size of it worked fine as a check in piece and there wasn’t any damage to it after the round trip. I got the 24” piece in a grey color. For these reasons I gave the higher rating.

Generally, this 14” bag is great and most people will love it if they are looking for a small hard sided spinner bag. In this style bag, I originally thought it was great that it had the cloth partition between the halves. However, I bought the bag to carry a CPAP which is 5”X6”X8” and it’s not great
for that. Like most bags with retractable handles, you lose a little space inside where the handles retract into the bag but, normally, you can tuck your smaller items between the rails. On a bigger bag, I don’t think much of that but, for the use I bought the bag for, it just makes it worse by elevating the main item (CPAP) in the bag past the midpoint where the cloth portion zips. The CPAP is too big to fit between those “rails” so it kind of sits on top of that part which makes it too tall to close the bag if the cloth partition is closed for the upper half of the bag (it would still be too tall even if it didn’t lose space from sitting on those). I end up having to unzip the cloth lid partition to use the full depth of the suitcase to accommodate the 5” height of my CPAP. Because I can’t close the partition, it makes the top half of the bag unusable for other items since, if you open the bag with the partition unzipped, anything you managed to stuff in that upper half falls out of the suitcase. I can make it work but it’s too much of a hassle. I wish Hanke had this exact size 14” bag with a lid-style opening like their other bags so you could use the full depth of the suitcase. Hanke does make a 16” version with the lid-style opening that I would have bought, but it’s too wide to fit under the seat on the plane because the other dimension too wide. With all that said, if you don’t have anything that is taller than about 3.5” at it’s smaller dimension, you will love this little bag. Very durable and, if not for my challenges with the one item I primarily needed the bag for, I would be very happy with the bag. I am still giving it 5 stars because it will be great for most people. I will continue to search for a hard sided underseat spinner that opens on the front edge so that I can fit my CPAP and medications in a hard sided underseat bag.

First thing, be aware that it's very square vs rectangle. You don't really get the sense of its size/shape from the pictures. It does fit on its narrow side in the overhead bin, but may be too wide for some smaller planes/overhead bins. I was concerned on the flight out, but I figured out how to make
it fit correctly on the return flight. Overall, I really love it. The wheels glide so smooth, I walked it next to me versus pulling the entire time. Loved the 3 options for handle hight too. Esthetically, it looks expensive and the color is gorgeous. With packing cubes, I fit 4 days' worth of clothes, night wear, 2 pairs of shoes, a toiletry bag and a headphones case. A couple on the airport shuttle remarked on the size "that's all you have?" and when I said I had 4 days' worth in it the husband told his wife she needed to pack like me. LOL My only complaint is that I wish the divider between the two halfs was removable. I could have fit more comfortably if it wasn't for that. One side is deeper than the other so the shallower side was kind of useless in order to zip it shut as it does not expand. So if the manufacturer is reading reviews, please make the divider removable! 100% recommend.

The perfect neutral luggage set!

at this helps others and clarifies the color options a bit. The sand color is the ones in other customer reviews with a pink colored seam and seal around the zipper that does not match the hard outer shell color. This is why I decided on the ivory white set instead. These suitcases seem to be well built and have a textured outer surface which gives it a luxurious feel without being a visually overwhelming pattern. The locking system is easy to use and easy to set up. I love that these aren’t a harsh bright white because it will have a less likely chance of getting dirty quickly. I believe it looks more expensive than a bright white would. The wheels maneuver the suitcase with ease. They seem to be great quality for the price. The inside compartments offer a variety of organization and is lined with a light grey liner. I’ve been searching for a long time to find a neutral luggage set for my honeymoon and I’m so glad I found these.

Returned it and bought Samsonite

The quality was good overall but I have a hard-sided Samsonite suitcase and the material of this carry-on seemed flimsy in comparison. I returned this product and bought a similar Samsonite carry-on, which is sturdier (although not as sturdy as my larger Samsonite suitcase) and has more usable space
inside. The two were similar in price. I had to pay shipping to return this one so it would have been smarter to stick with Samsonite in the first place.

Love this little guy! I especially love the two sides for packing. It’s very sturdy and holds a deceiving amount of clothes. Fits perfectly under the seat. The telescope handle is also sturdy, not wobbly, rolls smoothly. I love to travel light and this suitcase is absolutely perfect.

I will need to add a video later once I pack it, but I did a test run with the bigger items I intend to take which are the five outfits I am wearing in a compression packing cube, a pair of wedges, flat sandals, flat iron, steamer and I had so much room left to pack my toiletries, pjs, socks and under garments! I bought 3 different colors bc I ordered the black one for my husband, but he decided he would rather use a backpack for our trip. I got the gray one first, but my daughter said I should have gotten white so I ordered that one to see which one I liked better and I’m going to go with the ivory white. Honestly though, I was very impressed with the gray one when I first got it. I’m SUPER picky so I had to order the other color just to make sure. Both are very sleek and expensive-looking!! It was slim pickings for something aesthetically pleasing that was a spinner and would meet the personal item size requirements for Spirit and Frontier airlines. We are doing a last-minute trip so minimal expense for travel was a must. So excited to be able to fit what we need for our 7-day trip in a personal item size suitcase! Also, I am adding a picture of all 3 colors next to each other so others can see it in natural daylight. There weren’t enough pictures of the different colors from actual buyers for my indecisive self so here ya go for others like me! Lol The black definitely shows a lot more shine than the gray and the ivory white, so it’s not a reflection thing from the camera.

Great carry-on, fit a lot!

Took this on a week long trip to Yellowstone and Zion - it worked great as a carry-on. Fit easily in the overhead bins in the plane and I was amazed at how much I was able to get in it. I love the color too!
