I consider myself an intermediate pickleball player. I switched from a Dgycasi paddle to this one and have definitely noticed a difference. This paddle is slightly thicker and heavier (7.9 ounces instead of 7.3), but is very well balanced so the extra weight allows for more smack on the ball with the same amount of effort. There is also a fine "grit" feel to the paddle surface to help grip the ball on contact. The larger hand grip is also a plus, which I'm used to from playing tennis all my life. I feel like I have a much better grip on the paddle now. The grip is also soft and a little tacky, which is great. And the paddle looks very cool as well. It just feels like the paddle is very well made, weighted, and balanced just right to maximize your shots with the least amount of effort. I definitely feel like my play has improved. I'm very impressed with this paddle and would highly recommend it for any skill level, especially for the price. ... show more

Been using this paddle for a few weeks and can say it would be good for a beginner to intermediate level player. Or someone looking to make a slight upgrade from a cheap wood/graphite beginner paddle. The paddle graphics is quite pleasing to the eyes (I have the green.) There is definitely a slight gritty feeling to the surface to impart some spin (though definitely not as good as a high end $150+ paddle). It sounds very satisfying to smack a shot past an opponent with it. The only caveat I have is the grip material can get a bit slippery if it gets wet from rain or excessive sweat. I would suggest replacing the grip material with something better when you get a chance. Cheap and quick upgrade. For $44(on sale), can't really complain much. Have fun out there! ... show more

I have been using this paddle for the past two weeks, happy to say it has been working great. The paddle offers a consistent bounce and it much lighter than my previous wooden paddle. I also like the protective case included in the package, this allows me to throw the paddle in my bag after I’m done playing and not have to worry about it getting scratched or dinged anymore than it needs to. So far the grip has been holding up and I haven’t had any issues. I will update as I continue to add more hours of play. ... show more

I love this paddle. The color really pops and several had made comments about it. I like that it has a sleeve to help protect it. Since I'm new to pickleball I've had instructors asking where I got my paddle made me feel good that I made a good choice with paddles.

The weight of the paddle is light enough but what actually provides such soft plush contact is the larger soft spot and the quality materials. It is very easy on the wrist and the elbow, and for me with the tennis elbow, this is a great paddle for my feet to get wet in this new sports.

This paddle hits well. I got it as a beginner player. Price is affordable. Grip started to rip but that’s mostly bc of how much I sweat and because I use a glove.
