Remind the consumer that the games are "like" the retro games. I am sure that is due to the marketing and licensure issues. The games and the graphics appear to be pretty good for the price. I like the fact that it can be recharged. My son informed me that the select key does not function however there is a select option that works just fine. So far so good. **THERE ARE NOT 268 ORIGINAL GAMES IN THIS AND THERE ARE SEVERAL DUPLICATE GAMES. ** Similar to other "X -Games-in-1" devices and does not differ from previous ones I've bought. The color is definitely as saturated as pictured, so you or your child/whomever you gift this to certainly will have a hard time losing this. There's no included instructions or information about what games are inside, so you'll have to go through the games one by one to see what's included. There are also some notably famous games, though they are renamed as they are knockoff versions of the originals, so you may find a game you didn't even know you had. The buttons are responsive. I thought I’d give this a try and give my 5 year old access to what may be perceived as Mario or PvsZ and at first sight he was excited. He plays Xbox and games on his fire tablet and on other systems, but he really had zero interest in this. I tried to introduce and reintroduce. But his patients wore thin quick with the lack of direction of which knob does what and any advancement then to keep his excitement and any challenge. Just not for us.
