I was confused on how to use these. The adhesive ones that came with the lights were made different. You were able to clamp the lights between two pieces and mount to the wall. These not at all like that but I made it work plus they are reusable.

These little things were perfect to hold my led strips ! Screwed them into my wooden fence and voila !!! Be careful and take your time with the tiny screws, I screwed a few in wrong when I was rushing and actually screwed into the led strip and messed it up. Had to re install a new strip. The cup is a little deep for flat LED lighting. This this cup size is just right for standard cords, not flat LED lighting. But it does the job, besides it's underneath the cabinet, who can see it?
