I have been a mess with my appetite since having my gallbladder and kidney stone removed. I can't stop eating for some reason. I've tried various appetite suppressants and none work so far for me. I even tried taking this tincture twice in one day. Nope, I can finish off a bag of chips and/or a huge bowl of blueberries, etc. and feel tired. I will say the flavor is wonderful. It's like a subtle pineapple water you want at a yoga retreat or conference. Seriously, it tastes great. If they could figure out a way to sell it as a cocktail/mocktail mix, it would be a huge hit. I have no idea if it helps with heart health or mental clarity. I already take reservatrol and citacoline melts for that assistance.
