The golf hitting mat was our third purchase attempt to let my sons practice their swings in the back yard without spending money and time going to the driving range. This was on the only mat to have the durability, thickness for those divot digging misses and the mat is still as good as new. Other mats were too small or just tore in a few 20-30 shots. I was getting tired of hitting those smaller mats flinging them from chunking so decided to get a larger mat. this came in a fairly large box, not too tightly rolled up so that it could roll out and flatten out. I love how i can stand on entire surface and hit the balls now without having to reset the mat over and over again. seems pretty durable and theres a nice firm cushion feel to it when standing on it. id recommend others to give it a shot... ... show more

I received the golf pratice mat last week, It came in a roll, you will need to put heavy stuff on the edge to flatten it out over night. After that you will receive a piece of good quality pratice mat. I have hit it everyday and there is still like new, very durable. It also come with three alignment stick, couple of rubber tees and golf balls. The last piece of my indoor golf simulator is done and time to practice. ... show more

I got this for my husband as a gift, so he could practice golf in our backyard. It's actually working pretty well. He's really into it and uses it almost daily. It's big enough and stays flat, but I was kinda hoping it would be a bit thicker, so it would feel more like actual grass.
