Excellent product, used this for 2 weeks now and run about 20 miles in 2 weeks...breathing and heart rate have gotten better to were I don’t feel tired after my runs. My first 3 runs I’ve had to pull the mouth piece out to spit a couple of times; but everything other than that it working.

The device works well for what it does, but after a while the effectiveness seems to lessen. I wish it came with an ability to put in new attachments to create more resistance, but I still use it and I get good training out of it. Not a bad purchase if you aren’t training super hard. It helps me with my breathing when I run and yes I did droll a bit at first, now when I feel I might possibly start to droll I take it out give it a shake and pop it back in. It certainly has taken off 6 mins off my 5K & 10K runs. I've used it when biking and don't take it out for fear of it dropping out of my had and not being able to find it. I did find the first couple to times I used it the sides of my mouth was a little sore, but not so much now. It's a game changer and I would say it's worth the money ... show more

The packaging doesn't come with much and outside of watching videos and reading the small paper that came with it I had no idea how to get started using the GO2. However, I learned this is one of those products that you have to use more and learn how it's supposed to work. I wouldn't recommend this to a newer runner, but someone who does cardio somewhat regularly. Cut a minute off of my mile time and still improving. I wanted to like this thing but they just throw too many curveballs at you to use it properly. No instructions at all, no suggested usage, this thing is just take it out and you’re in your own. It would be halfway usable if you didn’t excessively drool the entire time you have this in. You can’t focus on training if you have to pull it out mid run or cycle to spit, or keep wiping your mouth during your session. It’s pretty annoying to use honestly. Wish I would’ve just paid the extra money for the airofit. This thing costs way too much to be so incomplete. ... show more

Have been using this with a variety of different workouts as I do triathlon training. Have used on indoor biking sessions, runs (short and long), and body weight exercise circuits. From first breath, you become immediately (hyper) aware of breathing patterns, rate, and force. Starts adjusting your mindset to focus on the breathing and let the rest of the workout to take care of itself. Only takes a few workouts to begin getting more and more comfortable using device. I will say, saliva output has definitely increased, but learning to control that more and more as usage increases.
