The media could not be loaded. Only had for an hour so this is just about how it is upon setup. My cats LOVE it! They may end up making me pull them around the house all of the time. I set it up and they jumped right in and we went for a ride throughout the house. The casters rotate all the way around, creating a nice smooth roll. I like this carry case for cat travel. The wheels are defective & don't snap on due to a flaw in design. I've tried to get the replacement wheels seller offered but have not heard back.
