If you are using GH products, you should be using a EC/ppm meter. Their recommendations for feeding get very close to dangerous for plant roots (2000 ppm). If you're not using deionized water between feedings you'll have salt build-up. This will be obvious with clay pellets because white crystals will form on them. Flush in a HURRY. Just as it says, flush without using ridiculous amounts of water. I suggest watering to runoff with the FloraKleen, then hitting it again about an hour later with plain PHed water. Took my runoff from 1500 to 200 in one watering using this method. It works!

What can I say. This stuff is great. I had 3 plants that had root lock. I used a tsp per gallon. After the first watering with this. My plants started looking better. After the second use. my plants looked great and would take food again. 3 days later all my numbers are in line and my plants are back to normal. It is amazing how fast and well this stuff works. I grow in coco coir which may be why my plants responded so quick. I no longer have to worry about root lock with this stuff. ... show more

i used to run so many gallons of water to drop the PPMs in my coco. im talking 15-20 gallons per 5 gallon pot. now i use 1/3 the water using florakleen to drop it around the same ppms as using just water. its not expensive either! def will never flush without using this. i also like to use every now and then on my just water days to help with any salt build up that could be accuring ... show more

I’ve used this product 3 times, once in soil and twice in hydroponics. I had some issues in the hydroponic setup, high nutrients, low PH due to high heat so I did have nutrient buildup and fallout in my system. Based on what this product advertises and followed instructions, I did not feel it did anything at all honestly. I felt this was somewhat helpful in my soil setup but thought this stuff would be way more effective in my hydro setup. This will not clean like bleach and a blow torch, that being said; This works great for getting sediment out of your chiller. let it run for a day or two and watch the water turn cloudy. rinse repeat for cleaner res/chiller. note: i just poured an unmeasured amount, maybe 2 or 3 cups in 5 gallons of warm water, and let the pump do the rest. ... show more

Best stuff used to release built up nutrients and is helpful with your last 2 weeks of grow. Also great for cleaning lines if you have clogs. I recommend this product.
