I wanted to try a scooter with honeycomb tires and at least some good basics for a scooter to cruise around on thats easy to take most anywhere(small footprint, lighter weight). This thing actually is much better than that. the 10.5ah battery did pretty well considering it was not fully charged from the factory. i think i got around 12.5 miles, which is good considering, after a full charge im sure i will get more like 16, maybe a little more, im 186 pounds, so it wont be much more than that! i feel the bumps from the tires but not nearly as bad as solid tires, and i will never need to worry about tire pressure! i think this is a great choice for anyone starting out or doesnt have a scooter that will do 19mph. this one will do it easily!! and with the battery life, suspension, low maintenance tires, and the ease of the app use, makes this a great starter or a good basic addition to any collection or just a good commuter. Grab your manual so you can scan for your app that you need. the App works very well. just connect to the scooter once you turn it on, this took me a couple times, but is easy. You change whatever settings you like, adjust your speed limit to your preference and you could shut the app off at that point. the settings will stay. or you could keep it on and use the features on there. This scooter is prone to failure! Had less than a week of lite use and the charging port (on the scooter) fell loose and had a broke connection. Due to one screw broken and the other not screwed in enough to catch. To return will cost around 130.00 dollars to return. With the cost of receiving and return for refund or replacement will cost you more than what the scooter cost, with shipping included! Real deal here... The fix is a new switch - you must install and hope nothing else is defective. There's is no warranty or return really. You fix it or make the carriers that deliver and return this product wealthy! And then pay shipping again to receive replacement for a defectively made product. Lesson learned is if the shipping is more than 10 to 15 dollars and not free shipping or returns then the product you are purchasing is junk and known to be... This makes replacing impossible. Someone just wants to dump it and make the cost of repair, return or refund impossible because of the financial burden. ... show more

Just unboxed today. So far no complaints. The only thing I can see making it any better would be a cup holder of some sort. I plan to use this scooter to comute back and forth to work... keep in mind I live less than a mile from work, I ran battery completely dead to get a solid charge on it. The ride is very smooth and quiet. As someone with chronic back pain, the breaks and occasional bumps do not jerk my back at all. I'm using the scooter as my daily transportation since my car went out. Hopefully, I will have enough money to buy a car for the winter.     • Good and affordable scooter but doesn’t snap hook for safe and easy travel

This is my first e scooter and I love the speed and comfortability of the scooter. Great battery life and good distance. My only issue is that even out of the box the scooter fails to snap hook and I googled it and there are other people with the same issue but tethered seems to really be no solution. Hopefully in the future they fix that issue and allow you to adjust the height of the bad and handle bars because that’s the only way it will actually fit into the snap hook. I tried it myself if you unscrew the 4 screws and pull the bar up it will be a wobbly handle bar but it can then snap hook ... show more
