This is the first time we have ordered a mattress online and without trying it. I was nervous about that. However, we have had it a month and we are both very pleased. I noticed others said it was very firm and I agree. Not like a board, but for me, it’s perfect. it is helping my back. I like having it delivered to my home. I liked the price. It was important to me to have a cotton topping. I liked how easy it was to open. We put it on the bed frame before cutting off the plastic. This is the first time I've ever ordered a twin or larger bed sized mattress online. I had concerns because a bed is hard enough to decide on, even when getting a chance to test it out first. Having said that, this was a bit of a pain to lift and get onto my bedframe, but, with the help of my significant other, was accomplished a lot more easily. It was a lot more simple to move around once it was unrolled and released from its vacuum packed state, so I do feel had I done this first, it would have been an easier feat getting it on there if it had been only myself. This mattress is very nice looking and had no bad smells when opened. It almost immediately fluffed up, and within only a few hours was able to be slept on. After 48hrs it was completely expanded and no longer has the loose look it has in my photos. It was an exact fit for my king sized bed frame, and my already owned sheet sets, fit this better than the old mattress that was previously slept on. I must say, I had some concerns about how stiff the mattress feels once expanded, as it is a lot more firm than the previous one I had, but it is actually a very comfortable mattress that has significantly lessened my morning pain. My significant other states the same thing as well, so it's not just myself. To say I was both surprised, and grateful, is an understatement. For a lower cost mattress, that's half the price of my original one, I feel this is a great value, and one I would consider ordering for my children, as they grow and upgrade bed sizes. I have no complaints about this mattress so far, although, only time can truly tell how well it lasts, how long it helps with my pain, and if it is one I will keep for the long haul. What I can say is, as of now, it is proving to be the best decision I made, in ordering this, and giving this a chance. All around I find I am happy. But, like I stated before, this is a firm mattress, and though it helped me significantly, may be too hard for someone else. This is going to be a fully preference based decision on if someone loves this mattress or not. For me, it is 5 stars. So that is the rating I am giving it. It expands fast, it's reduces my pain, was a perfect fit for my bedframe, and seems to be a quality mattress so far. ... show more

I bought innner spring mattress so that the bed would be firm. I was surprised when it came in a box vacuum sealed. I was skeptical as we put the mattress on the day bed and it plumped up. This mattress is surprisingly firm yet lightweight and perfect for my granddaughter she comes to visit. I only gave it four stars because I finally had it for a couple weeks and I held back a star because I expect there to be something somewhere ... show more

We got this for our 4-year old son’s metal platform bed. It slid around very easy on the bed, just while trying to install it, but once we attached the mattress guards around the bed, it helped hold it in place. I was very relieved that the mattress fit perfectly on the frame. There is a little wiggle room, enough to where I almost installed the mattress stoppers on the inside of the frame to make it snug, but decided not to because it isn’t really enough to notice anything. And after about a month or so of us having this, I haven’t noticed a thing. It was very quick and easy to set up. The mattress came rolled up vacuum sealed and there are specific instructions on how to get it out of the packages. So follow the directions. We did and it unrolled beautifully! It says wait 3 days before using to let it fill out to its fullest form, but it honestly seemed fine after a full day. It is such a comfortably mattress! It is more firm than I typically like, but the amount of cushion in it compliments the firmness very nicely! I found myself going in there quite a bit to lay on it for a minute between chores and playtime with my son. I love the quality and comfort of this mattress. I am strongly considering replacing our king size latex mattress for one of these in a king size once we get enough money saved up. ... show more

The couple next door have a new baby and wanted to replace their full sized bed with a king to have room for the baby to sleep with them when it is a little older. They found a good looking platform bed and were shopping for a mattress. I told them they could have this one. The price was right so they jumped at it. Now that it is all together and they have slept a few nights, they tell me it is as good as any they had looked at and much better than their old innerspring mattress. When mom's little alarm goes off at feeding time, she get's up without the movement disturbing dad in the least and both of them are feeling much better rested after a night sleeping on it. The media could not be loaded. I put this on the floor in my bedroom so it could puff up for a few days before I swapped it out for the mattress I was using before. Initially I was worried that it didn’t look long or tall enough but sure enough after the two or three days it has come to life. There was zero weird smells like sometimes happen with new mattresses that are boxed. It smelled totally normal from the first moment. It does have coils in the bottom and the top is memory foam so it’s a hybrid. You get firmness from the coils and softness from the foam. The mattress I ordered was the 12” and it really is that deep for sure. My cats love it and I’ve enjoyed sleeping on it so far also. I think it’s a good value and I would recommend it. ... show more
