I purchased this with my new phone and installed the protective coverings immediately upon my receipt. Yesterday I took a photo which was blurry and checked to see if my lens needed wiped clean and found this crack! I have no idea what happened. The front protection has worked perfectly.

I have had this since July and I just put it on. The instructions were a tad confusing but I was able to put the screen protector on. Having the installation cabin was very helpful especially when you pull the green strip down. Now when I pulled the cabin up the screen protector wasn't on my phone, but when I put my finger down in the little window it adhered to my phone. It was a little spot, but when I used the little scraper to push to the side, it went away. The camera screen protector went on right away.
